Overview 

Addressing infectious diseases and chronic conditions, Global Health Management Journal (GHMJ) is pleased to announce its Call for Papers and Photo Essays for the April-May 2026 Special Issue. From malaria prevention to tobacco control, this special edition also focuses on nursing care and hypertension management in defining how health systems respond to both present and emerging challenges. We invite submissions that offer evidence, practice based insights, or forward looking solutions relevant to global audiences.

  • Healthy Communities : Invest in Prevention” reminds us that effective intervention and prevention shapes the trajectory of health systems and communities, and also reduces disease burden and also strengthen resilience, improve equity, and support sustainable development.

  • Photo Essays – comprising high-resolution photographs that reflect the social, political, and environmental determinants of health. Authors must hold reproduction rights or provide permissions to GHMJ. See Photo Essay Guidelines.
Submission and Review Process
  • At GHMJ, all manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process, with a typical turnaround of 8 weeks. However, special edition submissions receive priority review to meet the scheduled publication date.
