GHMJ (Global Health Management Journal) is an open-access journal following Creative Commons License Deed – Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) which allow users to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format with one condition--appropriate credit is given to the journal. Authors, readers, and reviewers are free to Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, and Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.
GHMJ conforms fully to The Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and DOAJ Open Access Definition. By 'open access' to this literature, we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, is to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.
Author(s) assign YAYASAN ALIANSI CENDEKIAWAN INDONESIA THAILAND, the Publisher of GHMJ (Global Health Management Journal) the right as a publisher, the right of first publication of all published material including but not limited to publish, disseminate, transmit, store, translate, distribute, sell, republish and use the Contribution and material contained therein in print and electronic form of the journal and in other derivative works, in all languages and any form of media of expression available now or in the future and to license or permit others to do so. The author(s) however, explicitly reserve all proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights.
Authors retain unrestricted copyright and all publishing rights when publishing under any license permitted by the journal, and should follow the author duties. Permission from GHMJ for reuse is unnecessary as the authors retain the copyright of their articles, as long as proper acknowledgment is given.
Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their paper in an institutional or subject repository, including the Preprint, Author's Accepted Manuscript, and the Published article (Version of Record). An embargo may not be applied.
Library and teaching institutions can make free multiple copies of the material for teaching purposes, as long as they are not sold or further reproduced. However, the Publisher retains the right to publish the Printed Version of each edition, as a Book. There is no obligation for derivative works to be licensed under the same terms.
