Documents to be prepared: Guidelines for CIHES participants

We congratulate for the success of the 1st Cirebon International Health Symposium, organized by Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. We are expecting more than 100 papers from this symposium to be reviewed and published as Special Edition in Global Health Management Journal. 

The authors of the selected papers should have received a notification by UGJ's committee, and now is the time to submit your submission based on the timeline.

Authors should use Manuscript Template (https://inschool.id/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Template-GHMJ.docx). 

Here's the list of documents authors should prepare prior submission: 

  1. Scan of signed Conflict of interest Declaration: https://inschool.id/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/05-CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST-DECLARATION.docx
  2. Ethic Approval: Only if the study involving human participation, issued by ethical committee. A statement from author may be declared during submission if no approval document prior study, but should make sure there is consent (written or verbal) from the respondents prior the study and must be declared in manuscript.

During submission, list all of authors and their emails, as Contributor in the OJS system, and if any, include the authors' Orcid ID Link. The Orcid ID Link is important to later claim the published paper in the Base Search index. Create the Orcid ID here.
