Guidelines for the selected authors from LATU International Conference 2018 – Indonesian Studies Cluster

Archives Language and Linguistics is a new publication, yet fully committed to providing high-quality peer-reviewed articles to scholars over the world. The journal welcomes special issues within the scope of the journal, following the competitive and peer-reviewed process. 

The first and second edition of the journal will include the selected papers from LATU International Conference 2018 – Indonesian Studies Cluster, with the special partners; Faculty of Liberal Arts of Thammasat University (LATU)and APPBIPA-THAILAND (Association for the Teaching and Promotion of Indonesian as Foreign Language in Thailand).

The submitted manuscript should follow the Author Guidelines. The submission then will be double blindly proceeded to the review process.

To enable Archives Language and Linguistics in distributing the journal to the fullest extent, the authors should complete, sign, and send the scanned file of the two documents (Copyright Transfer Agreement Form and Conflict of Interest Form) to the email ALL@inschool.id and ALLbyINSCHOOL@gmail.com.

This international journal is published by Yayasan Alliansi Cendekiawan Indonesia Thailand, also known as Indonesian Scholars' Alliance, based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. For more information regarding paper submission and publication policy, please visit the page Author Guidelines section in our website. We also invite scholars and practitioners to join us as peer review with criteria as stated in our For Peer Reviewers page.

Archives Language and Linguistics welcomes scholars to submit an original research paper, systematic review, perspectives, best practice articles, and photo essay written in English in understanding the current issues and interests in Southeast Asia, but not limited to:

  • Theoretical, conceptual, or methodological approaches and development to language, linguistics, arts, culture, and literacy;
  • Knowledge and contribution of digital humanities, philosophy and religions, bilingualism, multilingualism, and language learning and teaching
  • Results of empirical research or the innovative policies and programs that describe and evaluate strategies for future action;
  • Roles of the languages of Southeast Asia in teaching and promotion, soft diplomacy, business, trading, and tourism in the global community.
